  • Endive - 5.3 oz
  • Escarole - 1 piece
  • Comté Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Cheshire Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Blue Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Cream - 2 fl oz
  • Roquefort cheese - 2.5 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Paprika - 2 teaspoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the leaves of endive and escarole and tear them into pieces.

Step 2

Cut the cheeses — cheddar, comté, and cantal — into cubes.

Step 3

To make the dressing, mash the roquefort with a fork, mix it with the cream and lemon juice. Add salt, ground pepper, and paprika.

Step 4

Combine the salad leaves and cheese. Dress the salad with the dressing.
