Description

  • Butter - 3 spoons
  • Wheat Flour - 3 spoons
  • English Dry Mustard - ½ spoons
  • Milk - 2 glasses
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Cheshire Cheese - 1 glass
  • Chili jam - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and mustard, and stir until smooth, being careful not to let it change color.

Step 2

Slowly add the milk while constantly stirring to avoid lumps. Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens slightly.

Step 3

Add the cheese and stir until well combined.

Step 4

Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper, and add hot sauce to taste.
