- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Corn Starch - 4 tablespoons
- Peanut Sprouts - 3.5 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 24.7 oz
- Cayenne Pepper - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips, slightly freezing it beforehand. Marinate in soy sauce for half an hour.

Roast the peanuts in a dry skillet and remove the shells.

Once the chicken is marinated, coat the pieces in cornstarch, shaking off the excess.
