Ingredients

  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Corn Starch - 4 tablespoons
  • Peanut Sprouts - 3.5 oz
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 24.7 oz
  • Cayenne Pepper - 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips, slightly freezing it beforehand. Marinate in soy sauce for half an hour.

Step 2

Roast the peanuts in a dry skillet and remove the shells.

Step 3

Once the chicken is marinated, coat the pieces in cornstarch, shaking off the excess.

Step 4

Heat vegetable oil in a wok, sauté the finely chopped cayenne pepper and chicken pieces, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes over high heat.

Step 5

Add ground ginger, garlic, and peanuts, and sauté for another 5 minutes, continuing to stir.

Step 6

Serve using a slotted spoon on a plate.
