- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Pork Neck - 52.9 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 piece
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - a pinch
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - 3 spoons
- Edam Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the marinade: pour soy sauce, lemon juice, mustard, and vegetable oil into a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Rinse the piece of meat (neck or pork loin), make incisions, and season it with a mixture of pepper, finely chopped garlic, and sliced ginger.
Step 3
Pour the prepared marinade over the meat and place it in the refrigerator to marinate, preferably overnight.
Step 4
Remove the meat from the marinade and place sliced tomatoes and cheese into the cuts.
Step 5
Wrap the meat in foil and place it in a preheated oven at 392°F for 1 hour.
Step 6
During this time, peel the potatoes and boil them until they're halfway cooked.
Step 7
After an hour of roasting the meat, remove the foil, place the boiled potatoes around the meat on the baking tray, and roast for another 15 minutes.
