Ingredients
- White Cabbage - 14.1 oz
- Cauliflower - 10.6 oz
- Courgette - 14.1 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 10.6 oz
- Carrot - 5.3 oz
- Potato - 12.3 oz
- Onion - 5.3 oz
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrot on a medium grater. Break the cauliflower into florets. Shred the cabbage. Cut the zucchini into cubes. Remove seeds from the bell pepper and cut into cubes. Dice the tomatoes. Finely chop the herbs.
Step 2
In vegetable oil, sauté the onion. Add the carrot and lightly sauté. Add the vegetables (all except the tomatoes or tomato paste) and simmer for about 10 minutes (do not add water).
Step 3
Then add the tomatoes/paste, seasonings, and simmer until done. Sprinkle the finished stew with herbs.
