- Cheese Spread - 12.3 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the peeled potatoes into thin rounds and arrange them on a baking sheet (previously greased with vegetable oil), covering the bottom.
Step 2
Season the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Boil the chicken fillet, let it cool, then chop it finely using a blender or by hand. Mix it with mayonnaise and spread it evenly over the potatoes.

Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds and arrange them on the chicken fillet.

Grate the cheese using a medium grater and cover the tomatoes with it.

Place the baking tray in the preheated oven (392°F) and bake for about 15 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 302°F and continue cooking until the potatoes are fully cooked.
