- Carp - 1 piece
- Lime - ½ piece
- Onion - 0.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 0.7 oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Brie cheese - 0.7 oz
- Dried onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Gut the fish and make shallow cuts on both sides.
Step 2
Sprinkle the cuts with lime juice.
Step 3
Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes into small slices, then season with salt, pepper, and dried onion.

Stuff the fish with tomatoes, onions, and thin slices of brie cheese.

Secure the edges of the fish with toothpicks.

Place the carp in the heated butter in a pan.
