French-Style Chicken Breast Fillet

Ingredients

  • Onion - ½ piece
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Pitted olives - ⅓ cup
  • Arugula - 1 bunch
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Chicken fillet - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, and pound it on both sides.

Step 2

Grease a baking dish with oil and place the breast in it.

Step 3

Finely chop the tomato, onion, olives, dill stems, arugula, and garlic, and mix well.

Step 4

Drizzle the mixture with oil.

Step 5

Spread everything evenly over the breast. Grate a little cheese on top.

Step 6

Place in a preheated oven at 338°F for 20–25 minutes.
