- Onion - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into pieces of 10x10 cm.
Step 2
Add salt and spices to taste.
Step 3
Slice the onion into thin rings.
Step 4
Tenderize the chicken on both sides and place it on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Layer the onion on top of the chicken.
Step 6
Slice the tomatoes into thin rings and place them on the onion.
Step 7
Make the garlic sauce (200 g of mayonnaise and 2 cloves of garlic).
Step 8
Generously spread the sauce over the chicken on top of the tomatoes.
Step 9
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the sauce.
Step 10
Place in the oven at 320°F for 40 minutes.
Step 11
After 40 minutes, increase the temperature to 356°F for 20 minutes.
