Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 4 pieces
  • Pork tenderloin - 2 lbs
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
  • Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into pieces, season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread 1/3 teaspoon of mustard on each piece. Arrange the meat on a baking sheet.

Step 2

Slice the onion and tomatoes into rings.

Step 3

Place onion on each piece of meat, followed by tomatoes.

Step 4

Sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180–392°F for about 45–55 minutes.
