- Pork Blood - 24.7 oz
- Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 10.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Dill - ½ bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into slices (1 cm thick) and thoroughly pound them with a kitchen mallet, then season with salt and add black pepper.
Step 2
Sauté the peeled and sliced onions in half rings for 5 minutes over medium heat. During this time, cut the potatoes into wedges or rounds.
Step 3
On a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, place the pieces of pork, coating each with tomato paste. Top with a layer of potatoes, which should be seasoned with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater, then mix it with mayonnaise. Evenly distribute the resulting mixture over the potatoes.
Step 5
Bake the dish for about 40–45 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 190–392°F. Before serving, the French-style meat with tomato paste can be sprinkled with chopped dill.
