French-Style Pork Loin
Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 1 piece
- Suluguni Cheese - 2.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 1.1 oz
- Onion - 0.4 oz
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Cress salad - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Grill Meat Spice Blend - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard.
Step 2
Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add meat spices.
Step 4
Mix thoroughly again.
Step 5
Slice the onion and tomato into half rings. Salt the tomato.
Step 6
In a pan, heat the butter and olive oil.
Step 7
Slice the suluguni cheese.
Step 8
Place the pork loin in the heated oil. Fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes.

Add ground black pepper.
Step 10
Flip and fry for another 3 minutes.
Step 11
Reduce the heat and flip. Spread the prepared sauce on top.

Add the onion on top.

Then add the tomatoes.

Top with suluguni cheese.
Step 15
Cover with a lid and simmer for another 7–10 minutes.
Step 16
Transfer to a plate, add cress salad, and serve.
