French-Style Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 10.6 oz
- Suluguni Cheese - 2.3 oz
- Watercress - 3 stems
- Onion - 0.7 oz
- Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Grill Meat Spice Blend - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the suluguni cheese and cut the onion into half-rings.
Step 2
Chop the watercress coarsely.
Step 3
Thinly slice the tomato and sprinkle with salt.
Step 4
Make a deep cut in the center of the meat and open it up flat.
Step 5
Heat the oil in a skillet and place the tenderloin in it. Sear for 3–4 minutes over high heat.
Step 6
Add salt.
Step 7
Flip, add salt again, and reduce the heat. Sear for another 2 minutes.
Step 8
Spread mustard on top of the meat.
Step 9
Then spread mayonnaise and season with meat spices.
Step 10
Top with onion.
Step 11
Add tomatoes, then watercress.
Step 12
Cover everything with cheese.
Step 13
Sprinkle with ground chili and cover with a lid. Simmer for about 7–10 minutes.
Step 14
Transfer to a plate and serve.
