Description
Personally, I've been using a slow cooker for almost a year now. This recipe is suitable for slow cooking mode in a slow cooker, as well as for cooking in a regular high-sided skillet with a lid.
Ingredients
- Pork Skewers - 2 pieces
- Morels - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 4 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Spices - to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chops, if necessary, pound them and place them in a cooking container where you have previously added oil and salted the bottom. The meat is not flipped during cooking.
Step 2
Wash the mushrooms and finely chop them with a knife or a special chopping tool.
Step 3
Wash the pepper and chop it finely as well.
Step 4
Chop the garlic (to taste) into pieces or crush it.
Step 5
Mix the chopped mushrooms, pepper, sour cream, egg, garlic, and cheese. Add spices to taste, depending on the type of cheese (it can be quite salty and sharp).
Step 6
Thoroughly coat the meat with the resulting mixture on top in the cooking container and place it in the slow cooker or on the stove.
Step 7
If cooking in a slow cooker, use the 'stewing' mode; if cooking on the stove, use medium heat with the lid closed; if in the oven, cook at 392°F for about 20–30 minutes until done.
