  • Pork tenderloin - 24.7 oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
  • Hard Cheese - 4.2 oz
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Mayonnaise - 4.2 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mixed Ground Peppers - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Wash the meat well, pat it dry, and cut it into portion-sized pieces similar to those for cutlets.

Place the meat on a cutting board and cover it with plastic wrap.

Tenderize each piece of meat well on both sides.
