Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - 24.7 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Hard Cheese - 4.2 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 4.2 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the meat well, pat it dry, and cut it into portion-sized pieces similar to those for cutlets.
Step 3
Place the meat on a cutting board and cover it with plastic wrap.
Step 4
Tenderize each piece of meat well on both sides.
Step 5
Transfer the prepared pieces of meat to a separate container, season with salt to taste, and add 1 teaspoon of mixed ground peppers.
Step 6
Rub the pieces of meat well with salt and the mixed ground peppers, cover, and let marinate at room temperature for about 20–30 minutes.
Step 7
Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, and pat them dry.
Step 8
Slice the potatoes as thinly as possible and season with salt to taste.

Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into a baking dish.
Step 10
Peel the onions, wash them well, slice them into half-rings or strips, and place them in the baking dish.
Step 11
Layer the prepared meat on top of the onions in the baking dish.
Step 12
Layer the prepared potatoes on top of the meat in the baking dish.
Step 13
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it over the potatoes.

Spread mayonnaise over the dish.

Cover the dish with a lid or foil and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 50–60 minutes.
Step 16
If desired, the finished dish can be placed in the oven without a lid for 5–10 minutes to brown slightly. Serve hot or warm.
