- Thyme - 1 sprig
- Cognac - 1 teaspoon
- Mixed Ground Peppers - 0.3 teaspoons
- Herbes de Provence - ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt - to taste

In a deep bowl, combine olive oil, grainy mustard, and herbes de Provence.

Add Dijon mustard.

Mix thoroughly.

Crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
