Description
This is a traditional French sauce for artichokes. Chives can be replaced with very finely chopped parsley.
Ingredients
- Salt - to taste
- Champagne Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Walnuts - 3 fl oz
- Chives - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine the vinegar with salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisking, gradually add the oil. Then add the very finely chopped chives. Taste and add more seasoning if necessary. Cover with plastic wrap until serving and serve at room temperature.
