Fresh Berry Smoothie with Green Tea

Ingredients

  • Dried cranberries with sugar - ½ glasses
  • Frozen Raspberries - ¼ glasses
  • Frozen black currant puree - ½ glasses
  • Freeze-dried strawberry powder - 5 pieces
  • Bananas - 1 piece
  • Soy Vanilla Milk - ¼ glasses
  • Green Tea (brick) - ½ glasses
  • Honey - 2 spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

In a blender, combine cranberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, sliced banana, freshly brewed and cooled green tea, milk, and honey.

Step 3

Whisk until smooth.

Step 4

Pour into glasses.
