- Frozen Raspberries - ¼ glasses
- Frozen black currant puree - ½ glasses
- Freeze-dried strawberry powder - 5 pieces
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Soy Vanilla Milk - ¼ glasses
- Green Tea (brick) - ½ glasses
- Honey - 2 spoons

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a blender, combine cranberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, sliced banana, freshly brewed and cooled green tea, milk, and honey.
