- Marjoram - 2 teaspoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- English Dry Mustard - 2 teaspoons
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chili Flakes - ½ teaspoon
- Red Wine Vinegar - 2 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 4 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 fl oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, sugar, mustard, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 0.5 teaspoons of black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add the vinegar and mix well.
Step 2
Combine both oils and, while whisking, incorporate them into the dressing.
Step 3
Add the finely chopped herbs, season with salt and pepper.
