- Scallions - 0.5 oz

- Dill - 0.4 oz
- Spinach - 0.4 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Herbes de Provence - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the Napa cabbage thoroughly under running water and cut it into small strips.
Step 3
Wash the green onions, remove any excess, and chop finely.
Step 4
Wash the leaves of green lettuce and spinach thoroughly under running water, then cut them into small strips.
Step 5
Wash the dill thoroughly under running water and chop finely.

Wash the cucumber thoroughly under running water and cut it into small strips.

Cut the feta cheese into cubes and place it in a bowl with the previously chopped ingredients.
