Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 5.3 oz
- Cucumbers - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - 2.5 oz
- Fennel Bulb - 1.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Basil leaves - 4 pieces
- Dill - 1 stem
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Garlic Salt - to taste
- Swiss Chard - to taste
- Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and peel the carrot and cucumbers.
Step 2
Slice the vegetables thinly lengthwise. Cut the red onion into wedges and the tomatoes into slices.
Step 3
Mix all the vegetables together.
Step 4
If you have a whole fennel bulb, first cut it in half, then slice a thin piece from the bottom and remove the outer layer. Now slice the edible part into thin pieces.
Step 5
Add the fennel, salt, and pepper to the vegetables.

Dress with olive oil and lemon juice.

Plate the salad. Place the sliced onion in the center.
