- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Peanut Sprouts - 10.6 oz
- Sesame Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 1 tablespoon
- Parsley - 2 bunches
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the bell peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and slice them into rings. Wash the parsley. Rinse the bean sprouts and dry them with a paper towel.
Step 2
Fry the bell peppers in heated soy oil for 2 minutes, add the bean sprouts, and fry for another 3 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Add salt, drizzle with vinegar, mix, and serve on plates. Garnish with parsley leaves.
