Ingredients
- Beef - 5.3 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 0.9 oz
- Toasted Cumin Seeds - 0 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 0 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
- Tomatoes - 1.4 oz
- Cucumbers - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - ½ piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Garlic - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pass the beef meat, cut into pieces, through a meat grinder twice along with the garlic and bell pepper.
Step 2
Add cumin seeds, red pepper, salt to the minced meat and mix well.
Step 3
Then, form small balls from the minced meat, dip them in beaten eggs, and fry in hot clarified butter.
Step 4
Serve the meatballs with tomatoes and cucumbers.
