Description
Fried breaded chicken wings
Ingredients
- Duck wings - 2 lbs
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Safflower Oil - 2 qt
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Garlic - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Marinade - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the wings into pieces; if using fillets, cut into large strips. You can add crushed garlic and any marinade; I used teriyaki. The longer it marinates, the better it will taste; I kept it in the fridge for almost a day.
Step 2
The batter will be made from milk, eggs, and salt in a bowl, which will be convenient for dipping the chicken.
Step 3
Mix the flour with the spices.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 180-374°F.
Step 5
Dip the chicken pieces one by one first in the flour, then in the egg, then again in the flour, and fry for about 8-9 minutes. If there is not enough oil, you will need to turn them during the process.
Step 6
It is important to coat the chicken separately in the batter and fry everything separately; otherwise, it will not look nice and will stick together.
Step 7
Place the finished wings on a paper towel for a couple of minutes to remove excess oil.
