Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Scallions - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the butter mushrooms and remove the skin from the caps.
Step 2
Slice the mushrooms, cut the potatoes into wedges, and finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Sauté the butter mushrooms in vegetable oil until all the liquid evaporates.
Step 4
When there is no liquid left, add vegetable oil and place the onion in the skillet. Fry for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Fry the potatoes in another skillet until cooked through.
Step 6
Add the fried potatoes to the skillet with the mushrooms and onions, mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add herbs.
