Ingredients
- Scorpion fish fillet - 35.3 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Safflower Oil - 3 fl oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon

Clean the fresh fish from scales.

Remove the entrails and rinse well under running water.

Remove the head and tail from the fish. They can be used later for making fish soup.

Trim all fins with kitchen scissors.
