- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 10.6 oz
- Chanterelles - 17.6 oz
- Potatoes - 28.2 oz
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - 0 oz
- Dill - 0.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the chanterelles and cut them into small pieces (small mushrooms can be used whole).
Step 2
Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings.
Step 3
Heat a pan with butter, add the onion, and sauté until translucent.
Step 4
Add the chanterelles to the sautéed onion.
Step 5
Fry, stirring, until the liquid from the chanterelles has completely evaporated.
Step 6
Cut the potatoes in half, then slice them, and fry in a separate pan with butter until golden brown.
Step 7
This should be done over high heat, stirring frequently.

Add the fried potatoes to the mushrooms and onion, season with salt and pepper, add sour cream, and mix well.

Bring the dish to readiness over low heat.

When serving, sprinkle the finished chanterelles in sour cream with potatoes with finely chopped fresh dill.
