Ingredients
- Green Peas - 1.8 oz
- Carrot - 2.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Chicken fillet - 4.9 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.2 oz
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Sugar - 0.5 oz
- Chuka Salad - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the carrots into sticks and place them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Brush the carrots with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar, and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 13 minutes.
Step 2
Coat the fish fillet in flour and fry it in vegetable oil until it's partially cooked.
Step 3
Place the fish in the oven for 7–8 minutes.
Step 4
Boil fresh peas and blend until smooth.
Step 5
Place the pea puree on a plate, add the carrots beside it, top with the fish, and place the chuka next to it.
