- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz
- Safflower Oil - 8 fl oz

Step 1
Cut the cheese into pieces measuring 1.5 by 3 cm. Place them in a bowl, pour in the milk, and let sit for 2 hours. Then, dry the cheese with paper towels.
Step 2
In one bowl, beat the egg; in another, place the flour; and in a third, the breadcrumbs: coat each piece first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a deep skillet to 356°F, and fry the cheese pieces in batches, ensuring they do not stick together. Fry for 2 minutes until golden brown. Drain excess oil and serve immediately.
