Description

Ingredients

  • Chicken bones - 2 pieces
  • Chicken Thighs - 2 pieces
  • Canned Pork with Beans - 1 can
  • Canned Corn - 1 can
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Scallions - 1 bunch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 teaspoon
  • Grated Ginger Root - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Heat sunflower oil in a skillet, adding salt, black pepper, and red pepper.

Step 2

Dry the chicken legs and thighs with paper towels and fry until partially cooked.

Step 3

Chop the bell pepper coarsely, drain the liquid from the corn and beans, and grate the ginger finely.

Step 4

Add the pepper, beans, corn, and ginger to the chicken. Cover with a lid, reduce the heat, and simmer until cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Step 5

At the end, add the green onions, chopped coarsely.
