Ingredients
- Soba Noodles - 3.9 oz
- Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
- Onion - 1 head
- Scallions - 4 stalks
- Sprouted legumes - ¼ glasses
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 15 pieces
- Red Long Chili Peppers - ½ pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
- Green peppercorns - ½ pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Shallot - 1 head
- Pickled garlic - 0.9 oz
- Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until soft. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Step 2
In a bowl, pour in the soy sauce and add the finely chopped onion, green onions, bean sprouts, and shrimp. Then, add the noodles and mix well.
Step 3
Heat a wok over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until it starts to smoke, then add vegetable oil. Add chicken cut into strips and diced bell peppers, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Next, add the noodles and vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes. Pour in lightly beaten eggs and stir-fry until the eggs are fully cooked.
Step 4
Serve garnished with pickled ginger, shallots, and sesame seeds.
