Ingredients
- Udon Noodles - 7.1 oz
- Snap Peas - ¼ cup
- Scallions - 4 stalks
- Spanish onions - ½ head
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Peanut Sprouts - ¼ cup

- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 10.6 oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the noodles in boiling water until soft, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Place all ingredients except for the oil, chicken, pickled ginger, and cilantro sprigs in a large bowl, add the noodles, and mix well.
Step 2
Heat a wok over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until it starts to smoke, then add the oil. Cut the chicken into strips and place it in the wok. Fry for 5 minutes until cooked through. Add all the ingredients from the bowl and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and divide between 2 plates. Top with pickled ginger and garnish with cilantro sprigs.
