- Breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 24.7 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4 spoons
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Milk - 2 glasses
- Champignons - 7.1 oz
- Leek - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the fillet into 1.5 cm thick pieces and gently pound them under plastic wrap until they are 1 cm thick.
Step 2
Prepare the egg wash: whisk an egg together with an equal amount of water or milk.
Step 3
Prepare a triple breading for the chicken pieces: flour + egg wash + breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Fry in a very hot oil in a skillet until the coating is golden brown (2–3 minutes on each side).
Step 5
Prepare the béchamel sauce using a cheat sheet.
Step 6
