Fried Chicken with Cashews and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 4 pieces
  • Macadamia Nuts - 2.6 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Frozen vegetables 'Hawaiian mix' - 17.6 oz
  • Grated Ginger Root - 0.4 oz
  • Black Bean Paste - 3 fl oz
  • Cilantro - 2.6 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Heat a wok over high heat. Pour in half of the oil and spread it over the surface. Add diced chicken breasts and fry for 5 minutes, then add cashews and ginger and cook for another 2 minutes, adding a little water. Transfer the chicken mixture to a plate.

Step 2

Wash the wok and heat it again. Pour in the remaining oil and add the vegetables. Fry for 3 minutes, then add the black bean sauce and a little water, heat slightly, and add the chicken. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with rice.
