Ingredients
- Garlic - 12 cloves
- Poultry - 4 lbs
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 10 stalks
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Courgette - 8 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Broth - 8 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Trim all excess fat from the chicken, rinse well, and dry with a paper towel. Place the garlic and cumin inside the chicken. Spread lemon slices on top, then brush with 2 teaspoons of oil and season with salt.
Step 2
Preheat the closed grill and place the chicken in the center. Grill for about 1 hour, until the juices from the chicken run clear.
Step 3
Cut the zucchini in half and toss with the remaining oil and salt. Place the zucchini on the grill around the chicken, close the lid, and cook for another 20 minutes until tender. Transfer the zucchini to a serving plate and sprinkle with parsley.
Step 4
Transfer the chicken to a plate, cover with foil, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Before serving, remove the garlic from the chicken.
