Ingredients
- Dough for dumplings - 31.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Red Curry Powder - 6 tablespoons
- Ocean salt - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat oil (2 tablespoons) in a deep skillet and add the dumplings.
Step 2
After 1 minute, pour boiling water over them so that the water completely covers the dumplings.
Step 3
Add salt and reduce the heat.
Step 4
Gently stir.
Step 5
Add curry (about 4 tablespoons).
Step 6
After 7 minutes, drain the water.
Step 7
Turn the heat back up and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
Step 8
Add 2 tablespoons of curry and stir.
Step 9
After 3-4 minutes, stir again.
Step 10
Cook for another 3 minutes. The aromatic dumplings are ready!
