Description
This is how you fry pike perch, bream, carp, crucian carp, navaga, tench, smelt, sturgeon, and other fish.
Ingredients
- Sole fillets - 17.6 oz
- Fat - 3.5 oz
- Breadcrumbs - ½ cup
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 1 fl oz

Step 1
Rinse the prepared fish, dry it with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Coat first in flour, then dip in an egg mixed with milk (¼ cup of milk for 1 egg), and coat in breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Serve the fish on a heated plate, garnish with lemon slices, and decorate with parsley sprigs. Instead of lemon, you can serve cold mayonnaise sauce with gherkins or hot tomato sauce. Serve a salad, pickled apples, or mashed potatoes as a side dish.
