- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste
- Chopped Green Onions - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the prepared fish with salt and sprinkle with pepper.
Step 2
Dredge in flour and fry in a pan with oil.
Step 3
When serving, drizzle the fish with oil and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley or dill.
Step 4
For garnish, serve fried potatoes, buckwheat porridge, barley, or a salad of pickled (or red) cabbage, cucumbers (fresh or pickled), and tomatoes.
