Ingredients
- Grapeseed Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Citrus Zest Mix - 2 teaspoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Baharat - 2½ teaspoons
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Chinese green beans - 7.9 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Honey - 1 teaspoon
- Spanish onions - ½ head
- White fish - 4 pieces
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Mixed salad greens - 3.5 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the marinade, mix 3 tablespoons of oil, lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 2 teaspoons of baharat. Place the fish in the marinade, mix well, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Step 2
For the salad, chop the green beans. Grate the carrot and zucchini into thin strips. Place them in a bowl and add the chopped onion. Mix all the ingredients. For the dressing, mix 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, honey, and 0.5 teaspoon of baharat. Stir and drizzle over the salad.
Step 3
Preheat the grill and lightly grease it with oil. Grill the fish for 1 minute on each side, then reduce the heat and cook for another 2-3 minutes on each side. Cooking time depends on the size of the fillets. Brush with the marinade 1 or 2 times.
Step 4
Place the salad greens on a plate, top with the salad, and arrange the fish beside it. Serve with lemon wedges.
