Ingredients
- Rice Noodles - 3.5 oz
- Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Soy Sauce - 5 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Smoked salt - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the glass noodles. Leave for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces.
Step 4
Add minced garlic and soy sauce.
Step 5
Mix well. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the water from the glass noodles.
Step 7
Chop the onion, carrot, and bell pepper.
Step 8
Heat the olive oil.

Add the turkey fillet. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes.
