- Nectarines - 6 pieces
- Halloumi Cheese - 21.2 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Fresh basil leaves - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the nectarines in half, remove the pits, and place them cut side up in the oven for fifteen minutes.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into thick slices and grill them in a skillet for two to three minutes on each side.
Step 3
Juice the lemon and zest it.
Step 4
Combine the baked nectarines with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, a pinch of salt and pepper, and chopped fresh basil. Serve with cheese.
