- Salted honey mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Shallot - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Parsley - to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Bacon - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the shallots.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
Prepare the mushrooms, separating them from each other. Cut large ones in half.
Step 4
Place the diced bacon in a dry, heated skillet.

Fry for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Add the mushrooms and mix.

After 3 minutes, reduce the heat. Add the shallots, season with salt and pepper mix, and stir.

After 5 minutes, add the garlic and mix.

Cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, transfer to a plate, add herbs, and serve.
