- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Lean Beef - 14.1 oz
- Water - 5 fl oz
- Chicken Broth - 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 0.1 oz
- Dry adjika - 0.1 oz
- Khmeli-suneli - 0.1 oz
- Cilantro - 0.4 oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough: add water to the wheat flour, season with salt, and mix everything well. Allow the dough to rest.
Step 2
Finely chop the cilantro leaves and garlic, then mix them with the minced meat. Add adjika, khmeli-suneli, pepper, salt to taste, and broth. Thoroughly combine the resulting mixture.
Step 3
Roll out the dough for each khinkali into a circle with a diameter of 20 cm. Place the prepared filling in the center of each dough circle. Shape the khinkali.
Step 4
Place the khinkali in salted boiling water. Cook for exactly 6 minutes. Then, fry them in hot oil at 356°F until golden brown.
