- Ground Black Pepper - 0.5 teaspoons
- Peanut Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Thyme - 2 sprigs

Add butter and thyme to the skillet and fry the lamb for another 15-20 minutes, turning until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 131°F. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes. Then cut each piece in half between the bones.

Arrange on plates and serve with cabbage.

Cut the lamb into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat peanut oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the meat. Fry for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
