Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dry White Wine - 1 fl oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Rosemary - 2 tablespoons
- Pistachios - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In melted butter, sauté the mushrooms cut into large pieces and crushed garlic for 4–5 minutes, then add the wine. Transfer to a ceramic dish and bake in a preheated oven at 428°F for another 15 minutes.
Step 2
Season the cooked mushrooms with the juice of half a lemon and half of the chopped rosemary.
Step 3
Sprinkle on top with a mixture of the remaining rosemary, lemon zest, and toasted pine nuts, and serve warm.
