Ingredients
- Egg noodles for wok - 14.1 oz
- Beef - 3 lbs
- Orange Bell Peppers - 4 pieces
- Spanish onions - 4 heads
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Star anise - 0.2 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 0.2 oz
- Sichuan pepper - 0.2 oz
- Ground clove - 0.2 oz
- Nigella Seeds - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the noodles until al dente.
Step 2
Cut the beef into thin strips about 6 cm long.
Step 3
Slice the onions.
Step 4
Quickly fry the onions in vegetable oil in a wok.
Step 5
Add the strips of beef and fry again.
Step 6
Thinly slice the peppers and add them to the beef and onions.
Step 7
Add the noodles and stir-fry quickly.
Step 8
Add salt to taste.
Step 9
Mix well.
Step 10
Add the remaining spices and mix again.
Step 11
The fried noodles are ready.
