  • Salad Potatoes - 21.2 oz
  • Onion - 7.1 oz
  • Sour Cream - 9.9 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Coat the fish in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper, and fry in a pan.

Step 2

Place the fish in a baking dish along with the boiled potatoes cut into wedges. Pour sour cream over it and simmer in the oven covered for 10 minutes. Remove the lid 5 minutes before the cooking time is up.
