- Navy Pollock - 14.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Basil - to taste
- Onion - 28.2 oz
- Bay leaf - 10 pieces
- Green peppercorns - 12 pieces
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 fl oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Water - 10 fl oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 lbs
- Tomatoes - 17.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Carrot - 2 lbs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, take the fish fillet and dry it with a kitchen towel.
Step 2
Next, add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Then, coat the fish in flour and fry it in vegetable oil on both sides.
Step 4
Next, prepare the tomato sauce. Blend the bell pepper, garlic, and tomatoes until smooth.
Step 5
Then, move on to the marinade: sauté the onion and carrot in vegetable oil, then add 750 grams of tomato sauce.
Step 6
Add sugar, bay leaves, black peppercorns, salt, apple cider vinegar, and water.
Step 7
Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes; the marinade is ready.
Step 8
Place the fried pollock on a plate.
Step 9
Drizzle with the marinade and garnish with herbs.
