Ingredients
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Pork Blood - 8.8 oz
- Fish Oil - 1½ tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Oyster Mushrooms - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 3 tablespoons
- Chinese green beans - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok or other skillet. Quickly fry the chopped garlic, add the pork cut into small pieces, and fry until golden brown.
Step 2
Add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, and sugar. Add the chopped green beans to the wok and fry for another minute. Pour in the water to slightly increase the amount of sauce.
Step 3
Taste and add more seasoning if necessary. Remove from heat and serve with rice.
