Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms - 12.3 oz
- Potato - 2 lbs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cream 22% - 7.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and clean the mushrooms and onion. Slice the onion into half rings. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 2
In a skillet with heated oil, sauté the mushrooms covered for 15 minutes (until a golden crust forms).
Step 3
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
Step 4
In a hot skillet with enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom, sauté the potatoes over high heat, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown. The skillet should be covered with a lid during this process. After about 10 minutes, add the onion, season with salt, and mix well.
Step 5
Continue frying with the lid on for 3 minutes, keeping the heat on. Then add the sautéed mushrooms, stir, and continue frying.
Step 6
After another 3 minutes, pour the cream over the potatoes and cook covered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 7
Serve hot, garnished with herbs.
